The location is spot on, just a short walk to the South Pier and tram stop. Our King or Twin Room had ample space and was very clean. I appreciated the tv and electric kettle provided. Breakfast was the highlight-so many choices, including delicious poached eggs! John kept the coffee and toast coming. The shower had a small issue but John fixed it quickly, which I appreciated. A minor downside was the warmth in our room, but a fan helped. Such great value for the price. Can't wait to visit again!

Easy access to nearby attractions. Hosts provided a warm welcome and offered a good breakfast with local meats, ensuring a great start to the day. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with ample amenities. A bit of noise from seagulls was a slight drawback, and we encountered a minor issue with the shower that needed attention. The experience was excellent for a family getaway.

Clean and comfy family room equipped with everything we needed, even a mini fridge which was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the pier and pleasure beach.
only downside was that parking was a bit limited and the rooms were on the small side for a family.
